Estate Portal has been acquired

We have some happy news to share: Estate Portal has been acquired.

The deal was completed on 1 September 2026. The buyer is an established UK estate agent group, and they have asked us to keep their name private for now. What we can say is that they saw what we had built, liked it, and wanted it in the hands of their own teams.

What this means for you

If you were an Estate Portal customer, you have already been moved across, and there is nothing you need to do. Every existing business has been successfully onboarded onto the new platform gateway, and the prices you were paying with us are being honoured.

What has happened to the platform

The Estate Portal system has been integrated with the group’s own backend, so their staff can now use it as part of their day-to-day work. It is a great outcome for the product: the platform we built for letting agencies is now being used by letting agency teams every day.

What happens to Estate Portal

Over the coming months we will gradually wind down the Estate Portal website and brand. Until then, this site and its blog will stay online as a record of what we built.
